2020 Helen White Lecture

The Second Annual Helen White Memorial Bible Lecture: Women and the Ancient Gig Economy lecture by the Rev. Jacqueline E. Lapsley, PhD, dean and vice president of Academic Affairs and Professor of Old Testament at Princeton Theological Seminary.

This year's lecture takes on the Old Testament. Rev. Lapsley will focus on the work that women do in the book of Exodus, and the networks that they form across lines of difference in order to serve the common good. The event is free and a free-will donation will be collected at the lecture to support the ongoing series.

Please join us early at 6:00 p.m. for SUPPER at St. Martin's and/or a brief sung compline at 7:00 p.m., immediately before the lecture begins.
