On November 8, 2008 the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania will hold its 225th convention at the Philadelphia Cathedral, 3723 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
More than 900 clergy and lay leaders will gather for this event and browse the exhibit hall from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. This is a great opportunity to educate our diocese about your organization or sell your wares.
If you or a friend would like to exhibit, please download, print and complete the Exhibit Request Form and return it, with your payment, to the diocese as soon as possible or by October 6th.
Because space is limited, exhibitors may reserve a maximum of two tables until October 17, when additional tables will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to those who have requested them. Each table costs $25.00. Outlet use is an additional $10.00.
Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests, but no request can be guaranteed.
Exhibitors will receive a confirmation after Friday, October 17.
