Enclosed are materials for our Diocesan Convention to be held Saturday, November 8, 2008 at the Cathedral. Please read all materials carefully and make every effort to meet the deadlines.
- Lay deputies & alternates certificate and cover memo – deadline AUGUST 8th
- Youth representative certificate – deadline AUGUST 8th
- Canon changes & resolutions memo – deadline August 8 for Canons
- Standing Order IV (4) re Diocesan Convention Resolutions – deadline Sept. 8 for resolutions
All Parishes are encouraged to register online.
All convention materials are available in the 2008 Convention section on this website.
The next mailing (to all certified Lay delegates and clergy) in early August will include materials for nominations and reports.
