All Convention participants are encouraged to register online
Enclosed are the certificates on which you record the names and addresses of those lay persons that have been elected to represent your congregation at the Diocesan Convention on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at the Philadelphia Cathedral, 38th and Chestnut Streets. Also enclosed is the Youth Delegate Certificate.
All of the attached certificates should be attested to by a warden or two other vestry persons. Please document on the certificate whether your deputy/alternate is a new delegate. Also, please print clearly on the forms to help reduce mailing and registration confusion.
Please return a copy of the certificate by AUGUST 8th, 2008. We will mail the first of the convention materials directly to your deputies. If we do not have the names of your deputies, they will not receive convention materials.
Please keep a copy of the certificate on file so that it can be submitted by one of your lay deputies when he or she registers at the Diocesan Convention on the morning of November 8, 2008.
