St. Alban's Offers Party Rental Space
“Alban’s Garden” is the parish hall of St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, Newtown Square, located just off Rt. 3 (West Chester Pike) on Rt. 252N. The church is nicely situated on five acres of ground. The hall was renovated a few years ago to be used as a party rental space for birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, wedding receptions, bat and bar mitzpahs, baby and wedding showers… and the list goes on.
The kitchen off the parish hall is a commercial facility that has been enjoyed by many a caterer. Two sets of French doors open from the hall onto a patio and a country setting of expansive grounds, with shrubs and trees, all lovely and green from late spring through early fall.
Included in rental are the hall, kitchen, round tables 60" in diameter to seat 8, folding chairs with cushioned seats, several oblong tables, and use of the sound system. Maximum capacity is 130. With DJ or small band and dance area, that reduces to 115.
