Lay Ministry Coordinator at St. Thomas' Whitemarsh
Part-time position. People come into St. Thomas’ through many different venues: worship, music concerts, conferences, youth ministry, children and families ministry, outreach events, and pastoral needs. They find expression of their faith through different ministries, as well.
The Lay Ministry Coordinator will gently guide folks as they enter St. Thomas’ Church, help them find a way to express the Gospel through the community of St. Thomas’ in a way meaningful to them and support those currently involved in lay ministry opportunities at St. Thomas’. The Lay Ministry Coordinator will help people live out their Baptismal Covenant and utilize their spiritual gifts and talents to serve God and make a difference in the world.
This position is part-time at 15 hours per week.
