This workshop is designed to provide orientation and initial training for people chosen by their congregations to share the sacrament of the Eucharist with parishioners who are unable to attend the liturgy in church. This course is required for those who seek licensing as a Eucharistic Visitor.

Stress reduction workshop for clergy
Stress is a very real part of our lives. In particular, parish clergy face a never-ending stream of appointments, deadlines, meetings, and worship services. It is all too easy for us to become emotionally drained or to feel that no matter how hard we work, we will never be satisfied that we have done enough. In this free workshop for clergy, you will learn an approach for reducing stress in our lives known as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
