We are envisioning a new beginning.
The Church of the Crucifixion began in 1847 as the second predominantly African-American Episcopal church in the city. Forty years later this building was completed and the congregation moved here to worship and immediately began outreach to help the homeless. This commitment to service was a hallmark of Crucifixion for many years.
We see a future for this church and want to get feedback from our neighbors. Please complete this form to give us your thoughts. Thank you.
