All committees, commissions, boards and groups of the diocese are invited to submit a report of their groups’ activities. Please make sure that your report (preferably in Microsoft Word) has been submitted by Friday, October 30, if you would like it to be posted on the diocesan website prior to the convention on November 14th. Reports submitted after this date but before December 1st will be included in the convention journal.
Reports should include the work of your committee since the last convention. These reports are important for the Diocese, as others can learn about your good works. Suggested contents are listed below.

III. Explanation of work the Committee has done to achieve those goals
IV. Future goals
V. Pertinent budget information
VI. Include contact information for person(s) submitting report
