The Convention Arrangements Committee would like to remind you of the following:
1) Nominations by petition are due this week. For more information, please visit the Nominations Page.
2) Every attendee—lay and clergy—is encouraged to pre-register for convention this year. This includes active and retired resident and licensed clergy, as well as laypersons who are not attending as deputies. So that we can accurately plan for space and meals while being good stewards of our resources, we would appreciate your registering by October 15th. Visit the Registration Page.
3) PLEASE NOTE UPDATED INFORMATION ABOUT REPORTS: All committees, commissions, boards and groups of the diocese are invited to submit a report of their groups’ activities. Those reports submitted by Friday, October 23, may be included in the Convention booklet. Reports received after October 23 but before November 7 will be posted on the diocesan website prior to the Convention on November 14. Reports submitted before December 1 will be included in the Convention Journal. Please submit your report in Microsoft Word and send to J.D. Lafrance at or 240 S. 4th Street Philadelphia, PA 19106.
