Pre-Convention Meetings
The number of pre-convention meetings (plenary sessions) for the 2009 diocesan convention has been reduced this year to facilitate focused, in-depth presentations of the proposed 2010 Program budget and proposed Resolutions which will come before Convention on November 14th. Copies of resolutions and budget information will be available at the meetings. All members of the Diocese are invited to attend any pre-convention meeting, and Convention representatives are encouraged to participate in these important gatherings.
