Celeste Rouse Fisher comes to the Office of the Episcopal Diocese after serving over 25+ years in the Education field. She is a graduate of Rutgers University holding a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) degree and Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. She loves to travel, having visited places like South Africa, Cuba, Johannesburg, Dubai, Aruba, Puerto Rico, Cancun, Barbados, St. Marks and 26 of the US states. She’s lived in Delaware for over 20 years and has two grown daughters, (Chanel and Courtney) and two grandchildren, (NaCaia and Kaleb). Celeste was hired as the Executive Assistant to the Bishop for the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania in April 2017.
The Executive Assistant has its major responsibility for the performance of administrative and organizational duties to support the ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania and the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania.
