The Rev. Betsy Ivey joined the staff of the Offices of the Diocese of Pennsylvania in February 2017 as the part-time Director of Family and Young Adult Ministries. She retired from employment with the Commonwealth of PA Office of the Inspector General where she served as Assistant Director of the fraud investigation office. Rev. Ivey’s call to the priesthood led her to study at the Lancaster Theological and the General Theological Seminaries, graduating from both with honors. Rev. Ivey was ordained to the deaconate and priesthood in the Diocese of Central Pennsylvania. Rev. Ivey has two daughters from a previous marriage, four grandchildren, and a labradoodle named Noah.
